Teo Kejia 医生是新加坡伊丽莎白医院和百汇东岸医院的神经外科医生。

他还治疗神经血管疾病、头部外伤和脊柱疾病，包括脑肿瘤、头部创伤、退化性脊柱、脑积水、缺血性和出血性中风、脊柱肿瘤和半面痉挛。
他曾是国立大学医院神经外科的高级顾问。
在国立大学医院，他建立了医院团队的脑图谱和清醒开颅手术服务，并在新加坡进行了多次清醒手术/脑图谱手术。
Teo 医生毕业于新加坡国立大学，随后在新加坡国立大学医院接受了全面的普通外科培训和高级专业神经外科培训。他获得了 Academic Medicine Development Award，并在英国皇后医院 (Queen's Hospital) 接受了功能神经外科、神经肿瘤学、神经血管和脊柱外科的进一步培训。他当选为英国爱丁堡皇家外科医师学会 (Royal College of Surgeons) 院士。随后，他在意大利人道研究医院 (Humanitas Research Hospital) 和法国吉德乔亚克医院 (Gui De Chauliac Hospital) 接受了脑图谱和清醒脑外科的研究培训。他行医已超过 15 年。
他是美国神经外科医师协会 (American Association of Neurological Surgeons) 和欧洲神经外科协会 (European Association of Neurosurgical Societies) 的国际会员。在本地，他是医学科学院 (Academy of Medicine) 神经外科医师分会的董事会成员，也是新加坡脊柱学会 (Singapore Spine Society) 的成员。

他参与了杨潞龄医学院医科学生的本科教育。他是新加坡国立大学医学学士和外科学士最终专业考试的指定考官。他是新加坡国立大学卫生系统(National University Health System, NUHS)普通外科过渡年住院医师培训项目的核心教师，也是新加坡国立大学医院普通外科住院医师培训项目的项目主任。他还是国立大学卫生系统 (NUHS) 神经外科住院医师培训项目的教学人员。Teo 医生曾担任英国皇家外科学院校际联谊会 (Fellowship of the Royal Colleges of Surgeons') 神经外科预备课程和本地神经外科结业考试的考官。
他曾获得国立大学医院 Long Service Award。
