Adrian Lau is a principal psychologist at Mount Elizabeth Hospital.
With over 25 years of experience, he supports patients in the psychiatric ward as well as at Mount Elizabeth Fertility Centre, where he works closely with individuals navigating infertility and depression. He also serves as a visiting psychologist at the National University of Singapore’s Health Centre, providing counselling and emotional support to university staff.
Earlier in his career, Adrian served as a counsellor with the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF), offering psychological support to SAF personnel. He also worked with children with special needs at the Association for Educationally Subnormal Children, where he provided both psychological and educational interventions.
Adrian has a special interest in mental health counselling and stress management therapy. He believes in taking a compassionate, patient-centred approach, supporting each individual on their journey toward emotional resilience and well-being.
