Dr Joy Lim is the medical director of iXchange at IHH Healthcare Singapore.

This process hinges on strong payor-provider partnerships to ensure fair and patient-centred claims decisions.
Prior to joining IHH Healthcare, Dr Lim worked in Australia before relocating to Singapore with her family. She holds a medical degree from the University of Adelaide and has clinical experience in obstetrics & gynaecology and primary care.
As a mother of three, she has particular interest in women's and children's health. She believes strongly in leveraging on data to make informed decisions for the benefit of her family and the wider community.
