Dr Lim Lee Hooi is an ophthalmologist at Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore.
She subspecialises in eyelid, lacrimal, orbit, and reconstructive surgery.
She was an ophthalmologist at Singapore National Eye Centre. She is currently a visiting consultant there as well as at KK Children's and Women's Hospital.
Dr Lim graduated from the University of Melbourne, Australia. Upon graduation, she returned to Singapore for her internship and training in ophthalmology. She obtained her master's at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and became of fellow of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, UK and the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. She was awarded the Ministry of Health scholarship for her training in ophthalmology and completed it at the University of California, USA.
Besides her clinical work, she was part of the core faculty of the residency programme at SNEC and was an adjunct assistant professor at NUS and Duke-NUS Medical School.
She is the current treasurer of the Singapore Society of Ophthalmology.
