Dr Lisa Wong is a gynaecologist practising in Mount Elizabeth Hospital, Singapore.
She specialises in gynaecological oncology, which focuses on cancers of the female reproductive system. General female conditions that Dr Wong treats include fibroids (benign growths), ovarian cysts and genital warts, as well as gynaecological cancers such as cervical cancer, uterine (womb) cancer, ovarian cancer and cancers affecting the vagina and vulva.
Dr Wong performs procedures such as Pap smear, colposcopy (examination of cervix, vagina and vulva), HPV vaccines, cervix surgery, womb removal and fibroid removal. Dr Wong was formerly a consultant at the Singapore General Hospital and the National Cancer Centre. She was previously the president of the Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology of Singapore. Currently, she is the chairperson of gynaecological oncology at the Academy of Medicine, Singapore.
