膝盖受伤：膝盖半月板撕裂的迹象

半月板撕裂是膝关节最常见的损伤之一。膝关节半月板是一种软骨，通过缓冲撞击和压力来保护膝盖。半月板撕裂会严重影响您的日常行动和活动。由于半月板具有保护关节软骨的功能，如果不及时治疗，撕裂会恶化，导致关节炎的早期发病。

常见的原因是什么？

半月板撕裂可能发生在膝关节因突然旋转或翻转动作而用力扭转时。这种情况经常发生在接触性运动中，如足球，或需要突然改变动作的运动中，如篮球和网球。深蹲或下跪，尤其是在搬运重物时，也可能导致半月板撕裂。

在老年人中，膝盖的退行性变化也会导致半月板撕裂。半月板的日常磨损会导致其弹性降低，更容易受损。

症状有哪些？

膝盖半月板撕裂可表现为以下任何一种症状：

膝盖屈曲感或膝盖脱臼感
难以伸直膝盖
感觉膝盖被 "卡住" 或闭锁在原地
听到或感觉到膝盖 "啪 "的一声
膝盖疼痛
膝关节肿胀

有哪些并发症？

半月板撕裂会导致患者无法参加体育运动和锻炼。有些人甚至会在日常活动中遇到困难。如果受伤后不及时治疗，半月板撕裂的情况可能会恶化，膝关节损伤也会加重。随着时间的推移，可能会导致膝关节炎提早出现。

什么时候应该看医生？

当膝伤引起以下任何一种情况时，建议去看医生：

膝盖活动困难
膝盖剧烈疼痛或肿胀
活动膝盖时发出 "啪嗒"、"咔嗒 "或 "磨擦" 声
膝盖无力或有膝盖脱臼感
